Facilities at Nelson's Creek 

Nelson's Creek has three separate function facilites to cater for very small intimate gatherings through to large corporate functions.  

We also have a number of locations suitable for garden weddings.

Meet our Events Coordinator and Convention Manager

Nelson Wine Estate has a full time Convention Director to manage and oversee the operations of the function facilities and to make sure that your event is a huge success. Belinda Laubscher would be happy to answer any queries regarding the function facilities and is available on site to discuss your personal requirements.

Catering For Your Event

Pauline Schreuder does all our catering although your own caterer can be arranged. This will be on special request only and certain important requirements will apply. Please discuss this option with the events coordinator should you wish to follow this route.

Wine and Other Beverages

Wine and other beverages for all events at Nelson Wine Estate will be provided by the Estate. Fully equipped bars are available in all three function venues. The Estate provides wine to all functions at cellar prices and we are happy to make suggestions as to which wines will be suitable for your chosen menu. 

Please note that it is prohibited to bring other wine and alcohol to functions at the Estate.

Making an Enquiry

To enquire about having your special function at the Estate simply contact Belinda Laubscher via email - This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it - who will organise a time to meet you at the estate to discuss your plans. Once you have given Belinda your information she will compile a quotation for you. 

Making a Booking

Once you have accepted the quote for your function, you will need to send in a copy of the confirmation of booking form. When we receive your confirmation form, we will send you a contract to sign and request payment of 25% deposit. Once the deposit has been paid your reservation will be confirmed and we will notify you as such.
