| Vinification: |
| Harvesting was done very early in the morning and the block was picked at different stages of ripeness to give a combination of flavours. A long slow fermentation of ±22 days at temperatures of 11-14°C followed. The wine was left on the lees for 6 weeks before racking took place. |
