| Vinification: |
| The grapes were fully ripe when picked and fermentation took place using Vin 13 yeast. The temperature range was between 24-28°C, to enhance the Pinotage aromas after which the wine was softly pressed before the end of fermentation so that no harsh tannins remained. No wood was used in order to retain the pure varietal aromas and produce an upfront fruity style. |
