Ageing Potential:  Ideal for drinking now.
Vinification:   This wine was fermented with vin 13 yeast at a temperature of between 25 - 28 degrees C for 8 days.The wine was then matured in 10% American oak and the rest in French oak.All the barrels are 2nd, 3rd, and 4th fill.
