Tasting
Notes: |
|
This super-ripe wine has upfront fruit alongside firm tannins and an earthiness. Despite this, there is elegance and charm along with a very long finish that makes this a wine of character. |

| Vinification: |
| The grapes were harvested at full ripeness and fermented under controlled temperature between 26–30ºC. After a 5 day fermentation the wine was pressed lightly at 4ºB to maintain a softer tannin and finished fermentation off the skins. After malolactic the wine was blended and wooded for 8 months with new French staves during which it received micro-oxidation. |
