Vinification |

The grapes was picked at full ripeness. The juice is left on the skins throughout the alcoholic fermentation process and regular pump overs was conducted to extract the optimum amount of colour and flavour from the skins. Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation was conducted in stainless steel tanks. The wine as aged for 10 months with French oak staves in stainless steel tanks. |
